Moroccan tapestry tea set

Fine wheel thrown stoneware tea set for two, lovingly and painstakingly hand detailed.

This set features an intricate design that brings to mind the heat and excitement of distant exotic lands. The unique and beautiful designs featured in my work are all completely original and handmade by me. They sprang directly from my sketchbooks, so you won't find them anywhere else!

I call this glaze and application technique earth and sky because I've managed to capture the essence of the view from one of my favorite places up in the highest point of the hills of Middletown. The deep green of the vegetation, pale blue of the sky, and darker hazy blue of the distant mountains over the river valley make for a wonderfully tranquil color scheme.

Fired to cone six, food, microwave and dishwasher safe.
